1. Ownership

When you purchase a FiatFighters NFT, you own the unique digital token on the Ethereum blockchain. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the smart contract and the Ethereum network. At no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any FiatFighters NFT.

2. License Grant

Subject to your continued compliance with these terms, FiatFighters grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, display, and create derivative works based on the Art linked to your FiatFighters NFT for as long as you own the NFT.

This includes:

  • Personal use (e.g., profile pictures, prints, avatars)
  • Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, comic books, media, games)
  • Sub-licensing rights (e.g., allowing others to use your Fighter in a project)

3. Limitations

You may not use the FiatFighters Art in a way that:

  • Is hateful, violent, or promotes discrimination
  • Is illegal under applicable law
  • Infringes on the rights of others
  • Misrepresents the FiatFighters brand as affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by you
  • Damages the goodwill or reputation of the FiatFighters project

4. Ownership of IP

FiatFighters retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the underlying artwork, brand, and intellectual property, including all associated copyrights, trademarks, and logos.

Your license does not grant:

  • Ownership of the FiatFighters brand, name, or trademarks
  • The right to mint new NFTs based on the art
  • The right to modify or distribute the FiatFighters brand itself

5. Transfer

If you sell or transfer your FiatFighters NFT, this license transfers with it.

  • You may no longer use the FiatFighter’s art commercially or create new works once it is no longer in your wallet.
  • However, any derivative works you created while you held the NFT may continue to be used and monetized, provided they don’t violate this license.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if:

  • You no longer own the NFT
  • You breach these terms

We reserve the right to update or clarify these terms, but will never retroactively reduce the rights of NFT holders without notice.

FiatFighters is an experimental artistic project. No guarantees are made regarding future features, value, or availability. Nothing herein constitutes financial advice or promises of functionality.
